I have great confidence in the delivery of Lupe Training, as my team always share positive feedback and I have witnessed staffs professional development and improved expertise within the work place.
Lupe have created personalised documentation for New Era Residence to present to ofsted and children’s commissioning services to demonstrate the face to face training we have every 3 months.
Recently Lupe’s Director Luke designed a bespoke training package for an extremely high complex young person transition into our services. Luke met with the placing social worker and our Head of service to gain a clear insight into how to safely engage and manage this young person and then went on to deliver a 3 day training course within our latest 5 bedded provision.
We will continue to work in partnership with Lupe where they will review incidents across our organisation and attend our end of quarter senior leadership meeting. This will support Lupe to implementing best practices and deliver training that reflects the needs of young people in care.
