Luke O’Connor, Director of LUPE Training, founded the company in 2018 after nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the care and education sector. His background inspired a mission to deliver quality, accessible, and realistic training for professionals across the UK.
With over eight years of experience delivering nationwide courses, Luke specialises in areas such as First Aid, Moving and Handling of People, Medication Safety, Safeguarding, and Physical Intervention. His passion for practical, scenario-based training ensures every learner gains confidence and competence that goes beyond the classroom.
