Through this course we will help support key workers, team leaders and managers, enabling them to effectively plan and document care. The training is designed to capture a person-centred approach, ensuring the needs of the individuals that they support are met. We can also work within a specific theory of practice, as set out within your Statement of Purpose, as required.
