Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health

Who is the course designed for?

Did you know that at least 1 in 4 adults in the UK are currently experiencing a mental health problem? This coincides with a staggering 150% increase in workplace mental ill-health over the past 16 years which now stands at 828,000 cases per year! Not only can mental ill-health have a significant impact on your organisation's productivity, reputation and culture, it can also result in heavy financial, administrative and even legal costs if not managed correctly.

The QA Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is a Qualsafe accredited 1-day course designed to provide individuals with the ability to reduce the incidence of workplace mental ill-health by promoting a positive working environment, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and developing various support networks.
