The QA Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is a Qualsafe accredited 1-day course designed to provide individuals with the ability to reduce the incidence of workplace mental ill-health by promoting a positive working environment, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and developing various support networks.
The course takes place over 1 day.
Maximum of 15 delegates (unaccredited); maximum of 12 delegates for an accredited course.
Qualification lasts for 3 years with a recommended annual refresher.
